They believe that the time you spend with them in your cosmetic consultation should be both thorough and informative.

There are many steps to the consultation process:

STEP ONE- Scheduling your consultation

In order to make your dreams become a reality, you must take the first step - contact us to make an appointment for your cosmetic consultation.

The cosmetic consult is an important step in the process of considering cosmetic surgery. We understand more than anyone that a cosmetic consultation can be seen as an intimidating or daunting experience. Because of this, we take special care to ensure that our patients feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible in a professional, yet friendly atmosphere.

The goal of a cosmetic consultation at Florida Face and Body Specialists is primarily to educate the patient about the procedures available to address their concerns, the process of preparing for the procedure(s), and the recovery period involved.

A consultation at Florida Face and Body Specialists generally takes to 1.5 hours. Upon arrival, you will check in with our front office staff, and fill out all necessary paperwork. This will include a brief health history, giving Ross A. Clevens, MD, FACS and Michael Diaz, MD the information needed to determine that you are a good candidate for elective surgery. Prior to meeting Ross A. Clevens, MD, FACS or Michael Diaz, MD you will have the unique opportunity to browse our Cosmetic Library where you can learn first hand about the procedure(s) you may be considering.

STEP TWO- Meeting with Ross A. Clevens, MD, FACS and Michael Diaz, MD

Next, you will be introduced to our patient care consultants, Tammy Mate and Naomi Wray. They are experienced in beauty, image, and cosmetic surgery. They will personally take you through the consultation process which may include state-of-the-art video imaging. This state-of-the-art video imaging offers you a simulated visual image of yourself before and after having the selected cosmetic procedure(s). Tammy and Naomi are available to answer all your questions and show before and after photos of actual patients of Ross A. Clevens, MD, FACS and Dr Michael Diaz.

You will then meet with Ross A. Clevens, MD, FACS and/or Michael Diaz, MD in a private, comfortable consultation room where you will spend time communicating your specific desires and wishes. Ross A. Clevens, MD, FACS and/or Michael Diaz, MD will examine you and give you their advice on how to best achieve the results that you desire.

AFTERWARD

After meeting with Ross A. Clevens, MD, FACS and/or Michael Diaz, MD our patient care consultants will discuss cost with you. Tammy and Naomi will ensure that all your questions and concerns are answered. You will receive a fee quote that you can take home with you that day.
